The Product Specialist works with Babylon customers using the Babylon platform. They help our customers using the Babylon product, providing training, knowledge and configuration support. They are a source of knowledge on the Babylon global product but also how it is configured, customized and used by our customers. They help understand and specify changes to the product when customers have a support arrangement with Babylon and act as a requirements source for these changes. They also track the progress of product features and defects and help inform the customers and their operations team as to the impact of newly released features.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Train customer business users on the use and configuration of the Babylon platform.
• Carry out platform configuration tasks on behalf of the customers.
• Help specify changes to the product required by customer business and act as a requirements source for these changes.
• Track the progress of product features and defects and help inform the Canadian operations team as to the impact of newly released features 
• Act as escalation for issues with the Babylon platform if additional expertise is required to identify the issue. 
• Work with the incident management teams on triaging and investigating issues.
• Assist with escalation to Babylon teams, e.g. for compliance or privacy issues.
• Sign-off of any customer-specific features as developed (as required)
• Support the Babylon product and engineering teams when production access is required for investigating issues or releases
• Support Babylon engineering with access to customer environments

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to specify requirements clearly and concisely 
• Ability to understand technical language and work with technical roles
• Willingness to travel 25% time within North America (including Canada)
