A Cloud Guru is looking for a Sr Product Manager, Growth to create an unparalleled business offering of our product. You’ll be defining, planning, and executing on improvements and new features for the entire funnel and helping define our long term value proposition for enterprises. You’ll work directly with a pod of Engineers, Design, Marketing & A Data Analyst; and collaborate with the rest of the product management team to deliver at scale solutions.

As a Sr. Product Manager, Growth at ACG, you’ll get to:
- Identify big ideas and iterative improvements that move the needle on new and prospective users and own management and understanding of the core principles that drive growth
- Design and implement user-facing and growth product experiences
- Use user research to drive the development of data driven hypothesis and growth experiments
- Identify, track and measure results from experimentation -- understand the difference (and when to use) signal driven experimentation versus statistical significance.
- Use analytical and data tools to map customer behaviour to patterns and trends that can be leveraged to drive growth
- Optimize user journey from awareness to activation
- Launch impactful changes and deliver against company OKRs
- Collaborate across the functions impacting messaging, positioning, and overall growth strategy
- Collaborate with marketing on new channel launches and optimizing existing ones
What you bring to the table

- At least 5 years in a Product Management role, having spent 2 yrs as a Growth PM
- Demonstrated success in accelerating B2B Customer and revenue growth
- Experience using various forms of data to drive decision making
- Familiarity with product-led growth concepts
- Familiarity with best practices across marketing channels
- Experience working with sales operations and marketing counterparts to drive success
- Solid understanding of best practices with data-driven experimentation, we’d love you to be able to differentiate between signal driven experimentation vs statistical weight
- Ability to formulate and communicate a clear vision of the product & how to measure success
- Experience with BI tools such as; Looker, Segment, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Full Story, Optimizely

Remote where?
The A Cloud Guru team has grown a lot since it was just two brothers with a dream of teaching the world to cloud! We now employ gurus in 30 states of the USA as well as in Australia and the UK. For the time being that’s as far as we can go. We won’t bore you with the details, but setting up the extra operations we would need to employ people in new states or countries is a little bit more expensive than replicating your database in another AZ, if you know what we mean. So as much as we would love to have staff in as many countries as we have students, we are only opening this role to applicants in areas we currently have operations.

What’s the interview process like at ACG?
Applying for a job can feel intimidating and like a full-time job of its own. You shouldn’t have to burn through a week of sick time or all your best out-of-office excuses just to put feelers out for a new career opportunity. We want to be as transparent about the process as possible to help ease your mind. It’s our goal to provide you a fair, efficient interviewing experience that respects you and your time — and to do it all with a sidecar of delight.
Once you submit an application, we’ll review it. If you’re a good fit, you’ll have an initial chat with a recruiter over the phone. A phone interview with a manager typically follows. Depending on your role, you might then be asked to do a little homework (but nothing too time consuming). Then we’ll schedule a Zoom call to meet other members of the team, answer any questions you have, and give you a feel for what it’s really like to work at ACG.
