Our client is a small US retail bank. Over the past 5 years it has progressed on a strategic journey to bring digital capabilities to retail customers through partnerships with Fintech companies, and enhanced online / mobile experiences. Recently, they have made investment in building a crypto currency platform to enable trading of crypto assets. They are on a journey to enhance their crypto capabilities
Job summary
The person will define and document future capabilities to be developed as part of the crypto platform. The goal is to align our client's leadership around a prioritized capability roadmap and detailed user stories that will enable the development of features by the EPAM delivery team. This role will work alongside the EPAM US product strategist, US based product manager, and Europe based business analysts and engineering team

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner with US and Europe based product strategist, product managers, and business analysts to facilitate client workshops
• Draft use cases regarding crypto capabilities
• Draft process flows related to use cases
• Decompose roadmaps / flows / use cases into actionable user stories having clear acceptance criteria
• Drive socialization and alignment of requirements and roadmap components with client leaders including heads of IT, digital, and banking operations
• Support development team members in the delivery of target capabilities by clarifying requirements and liaising with clients to resolve open questions and issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Product management including writing of requirements and user stories
• US retail banking experience
• Understanding of blockchain and familiarity with crypto currencies is an added advantage
• Team player with excellent coordination skills and experience working within complex international organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a distributed team setup across the globe
