OVERVIEW
Atmosphere is reinventing television for businesses, already reaching over 17 million viewers every month. We’re looking for an innovative Senior Product Manager to lead our monetization strategy as we create new ways for brands and small businesses to reach our growing audience. This highly visible role will be responsible for standing up a new self-service ad platform in addition to owning Atmosphere’s existing ad stack and digital signage products. These products allow any business owner to dynamically design ad creative for their target audience, so a passion for creating highly interactive products that are intuitive to use is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Define monetization product roadmap and oversee launch of a new advertising platform
• Perform customer research to ensure product-market fit prior to launch
• Partner with Ad Operations and Sales teams to prioritize product features to improve revenue
• Work with Design to evolve product and optimize retention and engagement
• Manage metrics, data analysis, and reporting
• Work with customers to gather feedback and incorporate feature requests
• A/B test new features
• Communicate with various groups across the organization including Editorial, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Monetization
• Work in a fast paced and constantly evolving marketplace

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years’ experience as a product manager working directly with engineering teams
• Experience with ad-based products
• Demonstrated history making data-driven decisions
• Attention to detail in every step of the product process from gathering requirements, to writing documentation, to approving development work
• Keen understanding for what makes great digital experiences
• Experience working with both in-house and remote teams
• Experience working in an agile environment
