What you’ll be doing: Our Product Managers are responsible for leading Blackbaud’s strategic product objectives by developing and delivering solutions that delight and inspire our customers and their constituents. You will be expected to be a "product owner”, a market and customer problem expert, and a product evangelist as well as set the strategy for your product. The Job: We are looking for a seasoned product manager with experience in delivering products that delight customers.

This product management role will be responsible to work with a wide range of organization and helping them solve highly complex problems by gathering market needs, prioritizing, and working with our brilliant engineering teams to deliver products that delight our customers and make them more effective and efficient in delivering on their programmatic outcomes. This role requires a combination of an individual that is visionary, highly strategic, and has a knack for the tactical work necessary to drive a product from design to delivery. 

We are looking for individuals that are self-starting, motivated by solving challenging problems, and are effective at collaboration. You must love to persuade others through gathering data and communicating effectively what the analysis of that data tells us.
