About Jovio
At Jovio, our vision is to simplify the real estate transaction process for both agents and their clients. We’re on a mission to build an all-in-one transaction management platform to streamline day-to-day agent activities so they can focus on providing a stellar experience for even more clients.

Starting as a real estate brokerage, Jovio created a suite of products to assist our in-house agent team in delivering an excellent customer experience to the clients we worked with. After testing and iterating on these products with our internal team and clients, we’re ready to share them with the world.

About the Role
We're in a state of rapid growth. In the past 6 months, we have tripled our development staff and are looking to add a Configuration Analyst to our team of highly engaged and highly motivated individuals to help us show the outside world the real power of our platform!

Responsibilities
• Develops a deep understanding of the system and uses that knowledge to shape configurations to meet different business and client objectives.
• Tests different configurations and edge cases to make wise decisions on a final path.
• Works with Engineering, Product Management, and Project Management to provide feedback on features, estimate timelines, configure, and test different client and internal testing scenarios.

 
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of professional experience in a Business Analyst, Configuration Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar business-focused yet technical role.
• Comfortable working between Kanban, Scrum, and even waterfall methodologies
