The Khoros engagement platform comprises Online Community, Social Media Management and Messaging products for social customer service, social support and social media marketing teams to listen, respond and act on customer conversations – creating deep relationships and fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.

Khoros is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. As an Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and leading organizational initiatives that impact the Khoros product roadmap delivery and quality. The Engineering Program Manager we’re looking for is someone who is service minded and skilled in stakeholder management. 

Some Responsibilities Include: 

• Lead key organizational/engineering initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders across product management, engineering manager, architects and quality engineering leader.
• Communicates, through multiple frameworks, to various levels of the organization to keep them updated on engineering initiatives and program status. Communicates status in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt., Product Management, Development and Quality Engineering)
• Setup and monitor delivery metrics and use data & metrics to drive key decisions
• Highlight risks and issues and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them
• Demonstrate Change Management capabilities in key transformation and technology programs

Minimum Requirements:

• Overall 8-10 years of experience with 4+ years of program management experience in a SaaS product development environment
• Demonstrated experience managing large Agile global programs and very good understanding of software engineering practices
• Excellent global stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships and collaborate across a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience setting up, driving and monitoring key business metrics for projects and programs. these metrics.
• Identify programs, corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative data. 
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Ability to seamlessly communicate to various levels of the organizations
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adept in project management and working in a distributed global engineering ecosystem.
• Some background in hands-on development, Jira administration and/or building dashboards in BI tools will be a plus

Preferred Requirements: 

• Agile Certifications such as CSM, PSM will be highly desirable. 
• Good working knowledge of development tools such as Jira, Confluence, BI tools like Tableau, Domo, etc.
