Implementation Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as primary facilitator between Internal and External clients during the implementation phase of the client lifecycle
- Manage a full book of business of implementation projects
- Using provided project management tools and experience, support varying deliverables from multiple clients concurrently
- Provide thorough testing and training to clients to ensure they are empowered to best utilize their chosen product based on their programs
- Perform QA testing to ensure configurations are working as expected
- Track and follow up on QA testing requests submitted for clients and ensure all issues are resolved prior to launch
- Train account managers on their client’s community and provide them with the needed documentation to successfully manage their program
- Implement newly launched functionalities and technical refreshes to existing clients
- Ensure smooth client transition to Customer Success team
- Managing and communicating client priorities or challenges to the team lead
- Serve as consultant to all clients and ensure the value of the implementation process to clients
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years implementation/project management experience, SaaS experience preferred
- 3-5 years client-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Be proficient in Excel, full Microsoft office suite and enjoy learning new software
- Preferred Experience with Jira, Confluence, CRM (Financial Force a plus), and Smartsheet
