Your Impact

  • The Onboarding CSM will oversee all aspects of new clients first impressions with DISCO to ensure the best possible experience. You will take a consultative approach to quickly diagnose a client’s case needs with the appropriate internal resources. 
  • You should have a passion for ushering clients through a seamless onboarding process setting the tone for long-term strategic relationships. You will make the customer’s first experience so exceptional it would be obvious to all stakeholders to use DISCO on their next case.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate DISCO’s value proposition effectively to all client stakeholders
  • Serve as concierge for clients at the outset of engagements to ensure best outcomes utilizing all of DISCO’s products and resources
  • Partner with Go-To-Market team to understand new client objectives
  • Ensure clients are properly trained to get the most out of DISCO’s products
  • Act as regular touchstone for clients throughout earliest phases of initial engagement
  • Deliver happy and reference-able clients to broader Go-To-Market team in DISCO’s effort to expand adoption to new users
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within and across the various internal functions to address client concerns and barriers. 
  • Maintain positive results in NPS and CSAT for onboarded accounts to ensure company efforts are yielding the intended improvements in client experience.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of client management experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Customer-centric thought process with the ability to provide process improvement
  • Ability to connect clients to technology in a meaningful way
  • Proven track record in delivering high customer satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Even Better If You…

  • Have strong project management and operations background
  • Come from eDiscovery or litigation support background with understanding of litigation case cycles
