Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  •  5 years of experience in Enterprise Learning/Training or Service Order Fulfillment type operations, ideally in the Tech sector and/or in the Enterprise Learning Services industry.
  •  Experience managing global programs in a large enterprise organization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience identifying process improvements and quantifying impact (ideally a SixSigma or equivalent type qualification).
  • Experience with vendor/3rd party management.
  • Ability to use data to drive performance that impacts the customers experience and/or operational efficiencies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - ability to use EQ and situational leadership to influence without authority, drive a project forward and develop relationships both internally and externally.
  • Positive attitude with a can-do, customer first approach.

Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative. You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who will partner with Google Cloud Learning to deliver operational excellence and ‘world class’ fulfillment operations for the Learning offerings that we bring to market. You will be comfortable using data to drive operational insights and make recommendations. You will have some experience with vendor management and ideally a business process improvement mindset as evidenced by an industry recognized certification in this space (e.g. Six Sigma Certification). You will help drive efficiencies in Learning fulfillment, including deliverables such as standardizing and promoting best practices, streamlining processes, and optimizing the use of systems and tools. This role requires strong communication and influencing skills as you will be partnering closely with Learning leads to identify opportunities to reduce process friction and enhance customers buying and fulfillment experiences.
To be effective in this role, you must be comfortable with ambiguity, be a strong communicator with a bias for action and results, an agile and creative problem solver, and have the drive to always be ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of training operations with a focus on scheduling training courses globally and virtually, reserving training spaces, booking instructors, creating registration pages, raising Purchase Orders and coordinating large scale events.
  • Manage complex operations processes for purchased training with a customer-first approach. Be a thought leader in training processes, use your knowledge and access to training data and systems to produce efficiencies, ensure compliance and best practice
  • Share analytics on Cloud Training delivery; identify areas of potential development in order to maximise user experience and to provide and implement strategic solutions.
  • Manage teams (e.g. 3rd party vendor teams), tools or processes to drive operational success.
  • Focus on process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve processes and tools.
