We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Partner Tribe, helping to manage and deliver workstreams of complex projects and programmes to our customers and partners globally by working across the entirety of the Babylon business. You’ll be interfacing with a multidisciplinary team, including Product, Engineering, Commercial and Clinical Operations, and coordinating 1-2 workstreams that form the complete delivery of our services or manage the whole delivery for smaller projects. A key aspect of this role is being the face of Babylon with external stakeholders throughout the duration of the engagement, supporting the multifaceted Babylon and partner delivery elements are aligned for success.
We are at the cutting edge of healthcare, so project scope and delivery dates can naturally change at short notice, making dynamism and working to aggressive timelines central to your work ethos. You will need to take the reins of 1-2 workstreams of large, complex deliveries, or own the entire delivery of smaller projects, whilst in parallel helping to support internal initiatives where required.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Lead the delivery of 1-2 workstreams of significant, multi-country/region Babylon client projects or multi-phased programmes, or the entire delivery of smaller projectsHelp to define the project structure and roles/teams involved to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- Produce and maintain clearly defined project artifacts like plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs etc
- Identify and escalate competing priorities across multiple functions
- Chair external stakeholder meetings related to delivery
- Manage and foster relationships with project sponsors/stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and are aligned to meet objectives
- Aid development of internal project processes and policies
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Must have previous experience working in healthcare
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience managing complex, technology projects/workstreams in a fast paced matrix environment
- Ability to create structure in an ambiguous environment
- Strong written/verbal communication skills - you feel comfortable presenting your work to internal and external stakeholders
- Great personal skills - you flourish when working as part of a team and you know how to collaborate effectively with various business functions
NICE TO HAVE
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
- Experience working in an agile organisation and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experienced with JIRA and Confluence
