About the Role
Communication and Organization are tied for #1 Necessity for job role success. In this role you will create organization and structure while creating the vision and roadmap to improve company products, process and structure by corralling and leading every company stakeholder to project completion on schedule.
You are the master facilitator throughout departments and ensure meetings are scheduled (and schedules are finagled) and deadlines are met at every step.Working closely and daily with the founders, you play a key role in shaping the future of Sips By.
You enable every TEAm member by facilitating, tasking, then following campaigns, projects, and ongoing activities task-by-task. You love a good deadline but know to always plan for the unexpected.
The Project Manager (PM) at Sips by is the master facilitator of marketing and product activities and initiatives, and drives these forward through coordination of multiple resources, TEAms, and assets to produce the desired campaign, launch or other activity deliverable. The PM understands the objective of each project, and the role each TEAm plays in its final state. Eager to enable the best possible result, they can assist and help to implement creative solutions when confronted with not-so-common problems.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, results-driven, and obsessed with structuring and executing projects. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, are deeply organized, and enjoy learning new things. Personal accountability, a positive attitude, and ability to collaborate effectively with an on-site as well as remote team are at your core.
Responsibilities Include
- Own, adapt, and continually optimize the Sips by project management tools.
- Work with key leaders to define and create strategic campaign, project, and activity timelines for a combination of complex tasks and projects across TEAms. Adjust and optimize workflows as needed or determined
- Appropriately define and task necessary roles within each campaign, project, activity, and collaboration/coordination requirement.
- Own, lead and facilitate meetings with the TEAm throughout the duration of the project. These meetings could include kickoff, mid-project, approval, completion, and/or reporting meetings. Understand TEAm members required to attend and their role in production.
- Understand the deliverable objective and track its status through to completion.
- Positively encourage and promote accountability with respect to timeline by providing strategic input when necessary. Enable TEAm members by communicating project updates, considerations, and/or roadblocks in a clear, effective, and timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience managing projects in Jira/Wrike/Asana/Monday or similar tools.
- 2-3 years experience as a Project Manager in a start-up environment
- 2-3 Years experience as an Account Manager, Marketing Generalist, Marketing Manager or equivalent.
- 2-3 Years working at a Marketing Agency, Ecommerce/B2C/DTC Brand or relevant working experience.
- Exceptional Communication; verbal and written. Pride in Organization, Proactiveness, and Follow-Through.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, and prioritize appropriately.
- General Working knowledge of Digital Marketing Activities and Initiatives
- Quick to adapt and willing to learn.
- Values collaboration, motivated to work as a TEAm.
