Senior Scrum Master 

We are looking for a talented Scrum Master to guide the development of our next generation of Evernote Web products. Our teams are small, move quickly, and build beautifully crafted software that millions of people around the world love and use daily.

What you'll do

• Reinforce solid Scrum practice with your development team
• Track dependencies, remove blockers, manage efficiency with continuous improvement
• Facilitate the overall planning, execution and success of high quality software releases
• Drive all meetings, process and operations including Sprint execution and daily stand-ups
• Provide metrics on team health via dashboards and reports

What you've done

• Completed Scrum Master Certification (CSM) and have prior experience in that role for 5 or more years
• Successfully shipped consumer facing Web and/or mobile products
• Earned a BS or MS in Computer Science or other technical degree
• Considered a JIRA expert
• You are known as an excellent communicator in both verbal and written form
• You have a knack for clearly distilling complex and ambiguous situations into actionable plans for your team
• You are passionate about productivity software and are highly organized
