The Senior Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) within Team Member Service (TMS) is responsible for overseeing the program governance framework and program management initiatives within TMS. The primary responsibilities are to lead a PMO support team and develop, implement, report, and maintain programs and governance within the TMS Roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall program management framework for TMS initiatives, including aligning on major timelines and deliverables to address and meet the desired outcomes
  • Partner with TMS leadership and Business Process Owners to determine high-level priorities, project resources and schedules to ensure successful implementation of identified initiatives within the TMS Roadmap
  • Lead TMS Roadmap planning sessions, monitor and track progress, and conduct regular reviews at the roadmap, program, and project level, to demonstrate strong oversight
  • Provide coaching and training to Business Process Owners on program management best practices
  • Develop and maintain a TMS PMO Resource Center with templates, tools, and job-aids
  • Act as a Program Manager for individual initiatives, formulate/consolidate project plans, identify dependencies, highlight risks and roadblocks, and suggest possible solutions to stay on track
  • Effectively articulate and promote the program governance framework and vision within TMS
  • Deliver formal presentations and executive summaries to senior leadership regarding the progress on TMS strategic and operational initiatives
  • Maintain visibility into team resource allocations, constraints, and gaps to effectively manage successful program delivery

Skills:

  • Extensive program management experience within an HR organization
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team of project management and change professionals who own the delivery of cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to envision the "big picture" while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Proven track record of operating in fast paced environment
  • Capable of connecting the dots between processes and systems
  • Consistent track record in delivering global programs on target and within constraints
  • Experience setting strategic direction, and building support from senior leadership
  • Strong communicator that fosters positive relationships with different team and levels
     

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, change management, communications, or project management
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide, transformational, and multi-disciplinary projects and change initiatives
  • Proficiency of project management methodologies, change management principles, tools, and best practices
  • High confidence in and commitment to relationship-building
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and juggle multiple projects
