Job Description:
At Lansweeper, the Readiness Team plays a pivotal role in disseminating knowledge and information internally across various departments and externally to our partners and customers. As the Readiness Content Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, relevance, and accessibility of all Readiness content. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the organization to support them in creating their own pieces of training and maintaining them.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the HUBs, primarily SharePoint sites, ensuring that it is updated regularly with accurate and relevant information within a coherent structure.
  • Guide the SMEs, Technical Enablement Manager, Sales Enablement Specialist, and other stakeholders to develop, review, update training materials, and ensure consistency and quality in training content creation and updates.
  • Utilize project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute content-related initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Actively participate in discussions with the Readiness Team to shape the future direction of the team and identify opportunities to enhance the impact on colleagues, partners, and customers.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Knowledge Content Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology or IT-related field.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably with experience in SharePoint. Willingness to learn and adapt to the SharePoint environment if not already proficient.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can change rapidly.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
  • Desire and ability to train and provide support to SMEs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Fluency in English
  • Location in North America, preferably near our offices in Montreal or Austin
