Tasks/Key Accountabilities:

  •  Perform financial/sales analyses and reports as requested by the Financial Business Controller
  • Support activities in accounts receivable and accounts payable including invoice generation, collection, credits, vendor management and development of reports
  • Ability to work independently to meet all finance and sales weekly/monthly reporting deadlines
  • Act as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM data manager and process expert

Qualifications

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform financial/sales analyses and reports as requested by the Financial Business Controller
  • Support activities in accounts receivable and accounts payable including invoice generation, collection, credits, vendor management and development of reports
  • Ability to work independently to meet all finance and sales weekly/monthly reporting deadlines
  • Act as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM data manager and process expert

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in P&L reporting and terminology, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is required
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software/tools and possesses advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to partner directly with other department managers; work efficiently and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Willing to work outside normal business hours as job dictates
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  •  Ability to keep sensitive information confidential, Can pull & manipulate large data sets.

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Baltimore, MD are encouraged to apply.
