How you’ll make an impact:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Campaign Manager with a focus on analyzing and creating content for demand generation purposes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns aimed at driving demand, generating leads, and accelerating revenue growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical individual to gain valuable experience in campaign management, content creation, and demand generation tactics.

 


What you’ll do:

  • Campaign Planning: Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing campaign plans aligned with business objectives and target audience needs, with a focus on demand generation

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and compelling content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, email newsletters, and social media posts

  • Demand Generation: Support demand generation efforts through targeted marketing programs, including lead generation campaigns, email marketing, digital advertising, and content syndication

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze key performance metrics, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI

  • Project Management: Develop processes for the Integrated Campaigns Team to document and communicate plans to the rest of the organization

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of various campaign elements (e.g., messaging, creative, landing pages) to identify best practices and improve campaign performance

  • Marketing Automation: Assist in the implementation and management of marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign execution, nurture leads, and improve marketing efficiency

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product marketing, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and execution

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in demand generation and content marketing to inform campaign strategy and execution

 

The Experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, campaign management, or demand generation

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content for various marketing channels and audiences

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $62,872 - $94,308 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
