How you’ll make an impact:

We are seeking a skilled Partner Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing capabilities and expertise in demand generation, particularly within marketplaces, with a focus on AWS Marketplace. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive partner engagement, accelerate revenue growth, and expand our presence within the AWS ecosystem. The role will be extremely hands-on working closely with channel sales and the global marketing team and will have the responsibility for creating demand for Boomi’s products and services on AWS and other public marketplaces.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and tailored to the AWS Marketplace ecosystem

  • AWS Marketplace Enablement: Drive partner enablement efforts by creating and delivering marketing materials, training programs, and resources to empower partners to successfully market our solutions on AWS Marketplace

  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of joint marketing campaigns with AWS Marketplace partners, leveraging various digital marketing channels such as email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing

  • Demand Generation: Drive demand generation initiatives through targeted marketing programs aimed at generating leads, nurturing prospects, and accelerating partner-sourced opportunities within the AWS Marketplace ecosystem

  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars, specifically tailored for the AWS Marketplace audience

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of partner marketing initiatives on AWS Marketplace and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders within AWS Marketplace, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing-related activities and ensuring alignment on marketing objectives and execution

  • Marketplace Expertise: Stay abreast of AWS Marketplace trends, best practices, and developments to inform strategic decision-making and maximize marketing impact within the AWS ecosystem

The Experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and achieving business results

  • Experience in the AWS marketplace

  • Robust knowledge of digital marketing principles, tactics, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making

  • Results-oriented with a passion for driving measurable business impact through strategic marketing initiatives

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with partners in marketplace environments (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify)

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Experience with Seller Prime in AWS

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $113,000 - $160,000 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
