Integreon loves that Austin keeps it weird.

The outsourcing firm opened their Austin office on July 7, ready to hire extensively and integrate themselves into the local community. With a 14,000 square foot office in North Austin at 9900 Spectrum Drive, they have plenty of room to grow.

It was a natural progression to move down south. They were looking for a city with an international office, a great pool of talent and access to law schools and Landry said it didn’t take long for Austin to land at the top of the list. They largely considered Detroit as well, but Austin’s weather won out in the end.

The new office currently houses 20 employees and Integreon plans to hire about 80 more by the end of 2015.

“We plan to be a very active member of the Austin community.” Landry said. “We highly encourage our staff to participate in our corporate responsibility programs.”

Culture is extremely important to the New York-based company — they even chose their office location based on information gathered from their pre-recruiting efforts. They wanted to choose a place that would be an easy commute for workers and had a lot of parking.

The new office will assist large clients like Pfizer.

“From the day that you’re hired, we talk about Integreon’s DNA,” Landry said. “Our three mantels are teamwork, performance and passion. Culture is very important to us and that translates out to our clients and our communities.”

Integreon has offices in Washington DC, London, India, China and South Africa.
