Account Executive, Strategic Mid-Market
Procore is looking for a Strategic Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing sales organization. You will be responsible for applying an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and customer base while selling to large business accounts. In this role, you will focus on large companies that can benefit from our best in class, most widely used project management tool in the construction industry. Your goal is to grow revenue with an emphasis on net new business.
This is a quota carrying position, located at our office in Austin, TX with approximately 25% travel required. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Close new business to meet and exceed quota level
- Find challenges our potential customers face, provide solutions with Procore software
- Successful partnership with Sales Development Reps on lead follow-up
- Develop prospecting plans for territory development - research accounts, identify key players, build relationships, generate interest
- Provide sales management with reports and up-to-date forecasts on sales activities and projects
- Manage accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com
- Qualify, provide strategies, create business champions, deliver product demos, pricing presentations, negotiate and close
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ yrs successful SaaS sales experience selling to key accounts
- Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline
- Experience using a consultative, solution based sales methodology desired
- Excellent communication/presentation skills on the phone, via email, and web meetings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Build trusted relations within sales team, and potential/current customers
- Experienced user of MS Office Suite, Google Apps, and Salesforce.com
