  • You enjoy providing dedicated account management to clients by being responsive via Phone, Slack, and Email and being able to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
  • You love to gain an understanding of clients' overall business objectives to align Amazon's strategy with measurable business goals
  • You are a whiz at developing and implementing testing plans that align with client goals and objectives and ensure an ongoing testing schedule to drive innovation.
  • You enjoy splitting your time between being in Amazon Seller Central and being the face of ROI Swift.
  • You are a terrific communicator and partner for clients sharing headline results and rationale behind the proposed strategy
  • You are always learning - you'll actively write and edit content to keep up with marketing trends on Amazon and other platforms.
  • You relish onsite and online client meetings and get energy client presentations and proposals
  • You enjoy working with a team to improve processes continuously and Amazon Seller Central Accounts.
  • You are well versed in managing projects and are familiar with Asana or similar platform

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel - the ability to analyze data and create tables and charts, use pivot tables, and other formulaic functions
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Applications – Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, etc.
  • Proven ability to be detail-oriented, organized, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint - communicating concepts and data and conveying a message using type, photography, illustration, and color.
  • Quick learner, a team player, and ability to be self-sufficient

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-4 recent years of experience on Amazon Seller Central with demonstrated growth with Amazon Listings
  • Experience working in client-facing roles, managing relationships and projects successfully
  • Experience managing multiple projects successfully
  • Ability to apply scientific methods to optimize listings and PPC campaigns and improve results
  • A high school diploma/GED is required
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree is desired
