Your success relies on your commitment to becoming a technical expert in the ENT portfolio through structured trainings and assessments while building rapport with the Sales Reps and leadership in the territory and region. Your ability to build positive relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and your co-workers will enhance access to customers to provide data-driven, trusted solutions.

Collaborating with your teammates, you will also develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota. As a member of the ENT Sales Team, the ASR will work with a team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts.

  • What will you be doing?
  • Cover cases for ESMs and provides moderate sales support.
  • Assist in the maintenance of ENT equipment and provide technical support to clinical staff as required.
  • Support inventory logistics as assigned.
  • Explore and engage in selling opportunities by building relationships with key clinical staff.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction as a high priority. Provide technical information to surgeons consistent with product user manuals and instructions for use.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in sales, experience in medical device applications preferred.
  • Travel Requirements: Domestic: 20-30%; some overnight stays required.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 USD annually in addition to a variable commission component. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications. All field sales and or marketing professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.
