B2B Sales Representative

Veta Nell is a luxury candle company based in Austin, Texas. We hand-make high-end candles that provide a transcendent sensory experience through scent, color, and light. We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand our wholesale and corporate gifting business. Responsibilities

- Prospect for new B2B sales opportunities, including clients in the following verticals: corporate, professional services, e.g. legal, financial, and real estate firms, and wedding and event planners

- Conduct sales calls and presentations to pitch Veta Nell's luxury candles to potential wholesale and corporate clients

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

- Collaborate with marketing to create sales collateral and promotions

- Manage pipeline lead tactics

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist with order processing

- Attend industry events and travel as needed

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required

- 0-3 years of B2B sales experience

- Familiarity with and passion for luxury products

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Confidence and poise in presenting to and interacting with business executives and decision-makers

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with CRM software or the ability to learn CRM software

- Ability to work in-office in Austin, TX

Salary & Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary of $50,000 with significant upside for achieving sales goals. Our total compensation package also includes health insurance, 401(k), and generous employee discounts.
