As the Client Relations Escalations Supervisor at TicketCity you'll be the go-to teammate when it comes to escalations relating to our customers, vendors, and sales team.

What you'll do:
  • Be the point of contact for handling escalated issues with clients and vendors
  • Support Service Manager by handling decision-making duties when necessary
  • Address orders subjected to customer dissatisfaction by contacting clients and negotiating resolutions
  • Oversee issues and resolutions within the supply chain
  • Process refunds for canceled events and conditional games not played
  • Support Client Relations team in handling shared duties when necessary, including answering queue calls
  • Communicate effectively with clients, outside vendors, and the Client Relations, Accounting, and Sales teams
  • Aide in various projects related to live events, supply chain and relationship management
