Chiron Health is seeking seasoned healthcare candidates to onboard and manage a portfolio of physician practices and ensure they are optimizing their use of our unique telehealth solution.

The Client Success Manager(CSM) is responsible for ensuring that Chiron Health's capabilities, features, and resources are fully utilized by his/her portfolio of clients. The ability to develop long-term, trusted relationships is paramount to succeeding in this role. The CSM will engage practitioners, practice managers, and other key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of each client's unique care challenges and help them establish utilization goals.

With his/her clients' challenges and goals using the Chiron Health platform, the CSM will develop personalized adoption recommendations to ensure clients are extracting maximum value from their investment in Chiron Health. The CSM will facilitate the exchange of best practices among like clients and ensure that clients are educated on and leveraging new Chiron Health features. The CSM will act as the voice of the client and advocate within Chiron Health for the product and service enhancements that most resonate with his/her clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders to ensure that all Chiron Health activities are closely aligned with the each client's specific needs, ensuring that the practice achieves their full potential of use with the Chiron Health platform.
  • Leverage comprehensive understanding of the Chiron Health platform to provide relevant adoption and technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements customized to clients’ business needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of health professionals including practitioners, practice managers, and IT professionals to diagnose communication challenges, identify root causes, and drive change management initiatives.
  • Monitor and identify trends in adoption and utilization and provide guidance to clients as part of regular business reviews.
  • Serve as the voice of the client within Chiron Health and champion platform and service innovation ideas.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate if necessary client renewal risks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in a client success or other client facing account management role at a software or technology company
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship planning and management.
  • Experience working with health care-related data and technologies; hands-on experience with leading EMRs such as Cerner and Epic is a plus.
  • Experience in cross-functional roles and team collaboration and leadership.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in healthcare and specifically with telemedicine is a plus.
  • World class problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation, writing and documentation skills, including requirements, specifications and process flows.
  • Education: BA/BS required, Master’s degree in business, health care administration or other health care-related field a plus.
