Your Tasks
Creatively attract top talent using multiple sources as well as directly source and recruit passive candidates through direct recruiting efforts
Partner directly with Hiring Managers to form a consultative relationship and to understand their specific needs to attract and bring in top talent
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process (from sourcing to onboarding) across all teams ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Create robust pipelines from scratch while making each candidate feel like they are the only one you are talking to
Provide new employee orientation support and onboarding assistance with offer letters, and other relevant administrative activities
Showcase your passion for the industry and build intimate knowledge about competitors and target companies
Work closely with our German HR team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 - 10 years experience, preferably within a corporate environment
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a high-growth tech environment with a demonstrable track record of success
Ability to build a sourcing and recruiting strategy for a range of roles, levels, and functions
Exceptional candidate focus, with a passion for offering each candidate a world class experience throughout the entire recruitment process
Self-directed problem solver with a strong hands-on and get-it-done mentality
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands
Strong analytical skills and proven track record of presenting complex data in a simplified and meaningful manner
Keep up with cutting edge talent acquisition practices and HR trends
Objective oriented and passionate about helping build amazing teams
Nice to have: Established network in the internet industry, ideally within the Phoenix area
