The Role
We are looking for a Renewal Sales & Customer Retention Representative ready to join our growing team! Someone that would be successful at this role is driven, competitive, sales-focused, quick to learn, and hungry to earn commission. This person is comfortable talking to anyone on the phone, including high-level business executives (Founders, C-Levels, etc.)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preserve renewal revenue by contacting Members up for renewal (phone, email, text, whatever it takes)
  • Hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly quotas
  • Outreach to high risk Members to resolve concerns and ensure they are engaged by providing exceptional customer service
  • Handle incoming cancelation requests with ease by helping Member identify the value proposition of Membership
  • Consistently contribute ideas on how to improve the renewals process

Your Qualifications:

  • Sales (particularly renewal sales), Customer Service, Account Management
  • Minimum 5 years of phone experience
  • You are very comfortable working with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel (insert/delete rows, using filters, using formulas)
  • 4 year Bachelor's degree
  • You can show a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding professional goals
  • You enjoy talking to people
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills
  • You’re organized, independent, resourceful and diligent
  • You love phone sales
  • You can easily adjust in a fast pace environment
