 DescriptionThe Sales Organization at HotSchedules is responsible for revenue generation and net new business development to support rapid growth worldwide. Our sales teams put the customer first and focus on a consultative sales approach. An immediate opportunity exists for a Director of Sales who will directly manage the inside sales team and will develop, execute, and direct scalable strategies for growth. The position reports into the Vice President of Global Sales/Business Development. 


Key Responsibilities: 
● Hire, manage, coach, and train a team of Inside Sales Reps across two offices 
● Manage a team to meet/exceed assigned sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. 
● Coach your team in effective sales strategies, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning 
● Develop a sales process which supports a velocity business and identify improvement in all areas of productivity, process and efficiency 

Qualifications: Required Skills and Background 
● Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area 
● 7+ years of B2B software technology sales management experience and 3-5 years being in sales leadership 
● Record of successful achievement within an inside sales environment and building/nurturing core processes to drive results 
● Experience leading inside sales teams responsible for generating net new revenue 
● Experience with a consultative value-based selling approach 
● Demonstrated leadership, team management, and employee development skills ● Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning, and organizational skills 
● Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
