We seek an exceptional Executive Associate to help enable and advance our CEO's operational bandwidth. 

As an Executive Associate, you will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organize essential projects, handle correspondence, and lead our community events. This dynamic role requires the ideal candidate to have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO’s needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals, including members of the Senior Management Team, Board of Directors, and leaders that report to the CEO. To perform this job successfully, the individual must handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel, and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex schedules, triaging emails and tasks.
  • Proactively optimize calendars to ensure time is leveraged and spent effectively and efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication between appropriate stakeholders at all different levels.
  • Liaise with internal business units and external parties.
  • Handle written correspondence plus monitoring and assisting with electronic correspondence, determining its nature and urgency
  • Provide meeting support and general administrative assistance.
  • Coordinate and manage domestic travel schedules as needed.
  • Help plan community events and offer key support on ad hoc projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect operations by having a high level of discretion.
  • Travel may be required on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Paralegal role.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and learning productivity software, including Slack, Notion, Asana, etc.
  • Keen judgment and an ability to learn quickly while assisting high-performing executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Passion for live entertainment is a plus.

Compensation:

Anticipated total compensation for this position is between $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
