Predictive Science is seeking a General Manager of Enterprise Sales & Strategy to work with clients in the Telecom Industry. The General Manager will collaborate with executive leadership, sales & marketing, finance, technology and other corporate stakeholders to determine specific client needs in order to ensure Predictive Science is delivering world class service to its clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set and exceed sales quotas by negotiating contracts, upselling and cross selling Predictive Science’s products and consulting services throughout the industry
- Drive year over year revenue retention and growth through successful use of existing client solutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with key executives within the industry with a strategic focus and address tactical issues driven by client needs
- Partner with corporate executives as a consultative resource
- Leverage highly satisfied clients to promote the Predictive Science brand and solutions to other industries and brands
- Develop, present and implement strategic business solutions tailored specifically for clients within the industry
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8-10 years of Telecom industry experience in voice of customer and enterprise strategy roles
- Previous enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree a must, MBA/MA degree strongly preferred
- Proven customer facing skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to understand complex business problems, identify patterns and trends, and offer viable business solutions
- Excellent relationship building skills within all levels of any organization, especially the C-suite
- Strong presentation skills (both written and oral)
LOCATION & TRAVEL
- This position will be located in Austin, TX
- Estimated 50-60% travel
