Inside Sales Manager
Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) responsible for both inbound lead follow up and inbound calls
Hire and onboard new ISRs – design and execute a repeatable onboarding program for fast productivity ramp up of new team members
Work closely with Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to define and continuously optimize ISR inbound lead flow, chat, phone & conversion and launch of new products etc.
Understand deeply 360training.com’s value proposition and how it develops learners for life through the continuing education and certification programs
Track daily sales and lead inbound metrics. This includes performance metrics every day, analyzing and making data-driven decision to achieve new pipeline creation goals
Provide continuous coaching to team members to develop their professional sales skills
Motivate ISRs through contests, incentives and making them successful
Highly analytical and leverage systems and tools to increase efficiency and ISRs productivity
Work with the appropriate teams to build teams overseas
Overall responsible for revenue and margin growth
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
3+ years of inside sales or sales development experience in a call center environment
Bachelor degree required, business, finance or majors preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity start up environment
Self-starter, results oriented with strong analytical and managerial skills
Knowledge and experience with MS CRM and ISR productivity tools
