Inside Sales Representative
Luxe is looking for a smart, motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen, a willingness to learn and most importantly, an unparalleled work ethic to join our sales team in a contract-to-hire role. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of a select team that is the ‘tip of the spear’ of Luxe’s Subscription business. You will proactively reach out to all customer inquiries and communicate the benefits of providing Luxe as a parking solution for their parking needs, as well as assisting with all other revenue opportunities. We are looking for competitive team members who are determined, hungry to succeed and work well together. You should also be ready to accomplish ambitious goals that will impact the trajectory of the company.
- Know Luxe’s service inside-and-out
- Meet and exceed quarterly quotas
- Proactively reach out (via email, phone) to potential customers
- Communicate the benefits of Luxe and persuade prospective customers that Luxe will solve their parking woes
- Communicate customer needs back to HQ and relevant teams
- Shape a growing inside sales team and embrace the startup culture
- Sales experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial - ability to own outcomes and make things happen
- Persistent - receiving a ‘no’ is simply a detour not a dead end
- Self-motivated professional
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Strong work ethic with great execution and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred
- Exposure and experience to multiple facets of a fast-growing early-stage startup
