RetailMeNot is seeking an experienced rewards professional to support our US and EU business on an interim basis.  Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role will be highly visible and deeply engaged in delivering rewards programs that support our strategic corporate initiatives.  In this position you will have accountability for the analysis, implementation, and administration of all rewards programs. You will also be responsible for ensuring full compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.

**This role is a Contractor position and is based on-site at our office in downtown Austin, Texas. Apologies, we cannot consider remote candidates at this time.**

What will you do in the role?

  • Responsible for leading Rewards for RMN globally, including responsibility for US team consisting of the Equity Analyst and Sr. Payroll Analyst
  • Responsible for managing our global equity program, including insuring global compliance
  • Subject matter expert and thought leader on cash compensation, payroll, 401(k), and equity
  • Oversee annual 401(k) true-up and audit
  • Review/implement/maintain our job level evaluation process and salary grading structure, including assessing job descriptions and defining job levels and compensation ranges
  • Responsible for preparing compensation analysis and presentations for the BOD Compensation Committee meetings
  • Effectively partner with HR colleagues and the business to manage and consult on compensation related issues and programs
  • Manage the bi-annual pay-cycle, including bi-annual salary increases, bonus payouts, and equity grants, partnering with the HRBP team

Experiences/Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree, master degree  
  • SPHR, GPHR, PHR, CCP, CCB or CEBS certification highly preferred
  • 10+ years of rewards experience, including equity and payroll, in a digital media or high-tech organization preferred
  • Good mix of hands-on operational experience and design/strategy experience
  • Proven Innovator and problem solver
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Communicate in a welcoming and influential way
  • Tech savvy and not one to shy away from new tools; can quickly incorporate new tools into your daily work life
  • Analytical, high integrity, and respect for confidentiality     
  • Management experience 
  • Experience with Workday and Fidelity PSW a plus
