HomeAway is looking for a Loyalty Program Manager to define and set up a new “Loyalty Program” for HomeAway Suppliers and Travelers to improve brand awareness and build customer loyalty.


Description:

The Loyalty Program Manager will drive the definition of the strategic business requirements per input from the marketing strategy managers, design and deploy the new HomeAway loyalty program, monitor and manager program success, and course correct as necessary.

The Loyalty Program Manager will serve as the global SME defining business requirements, aligning with the marketing leadership team and balancing both short-term actions and longer term strategic needs to deliver a world-class loyalty program for suppliers and travelers.


Responsibilities:

-Work with the HomeAway marketing strategy managers to align on both the short needs and long-term business direction, identify and address potential problems and propose new loyalty program

-Work across stakeholder community to model, document, design and deploy new loyalty program

-Ensure that business requirements are written to achieve KPIs and prioritize features to meet critical deadlines

-Monitor initial deployment based on KPIs and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve the loyalty program

Qualifications:

-Experience in design and deploying a customer loyalty programs

-5 plus years’ experience in driving organizational change

-Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

-Strong planning & organizing, documentation, presentation skills

-Ability to recommend, organize and implement a program that scales

-Ability to manage large, complex projects in a fast-paced environment

-Self-starter and ability to work across a matrix organization with a high level of initiative and desire to create a world-class business processes

-Experience in leadership roles or management preferred

-Marketing background and experience working closely with sales, marketing, creative services, product marketing and customer support teams preferred

-BS or BA in related field
