The Role:

We are looking for a Development Manager to drive the delivery of new features and product areas for our Commerce FACT financials integration platform. In this role, you will manage a team of engineers and analysts, focusing on their career growth, mentoring and education. The team will look to you to direct the Agile process and remove roadblocks. You will work closely with product managers and financial leaders to bring together the overall road-map with the technical expertise of engineering teams and architects. You will lead the team through fast paced development cycles; committed to automation, agile, lean-startup, and continuous delivery approach. You will also analyze capacity, plan implementation and monitor schedules. From product strategy collaboration, to technical design, to delivery, and optimization, – your role is to deliver a superior suite of products & services that will delight our internal customers, while creating a working environment where top technical talent will thrive.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of leading software development teams
• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Proven track record delivering mission critical, enterprise applications and services
• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise financial application platforms including Oracle EBS
• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technically complicated topics
• Knowledge of high-scale internet, e-commerce services and order to cash processes.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Solid SQL, PL/SQL background
• Self-motivated, passionate about technology and driven to achieve committed milestones.
