About the Role:
- Serves as receptionist; answers and directs incoming telephone calls, evaluates and executes inquires as needed, takes messages (low to moderate call volume).
- Serves as initial point of contact for all visitors and manages security registration procedures
- Makes weekly kitchen/office supply orders and maintains the stock throughout the common areas
- Orders lunch/breakfast for meetings – setup and breakdown
- General office appearance upkeep – including kitchens, conference rooms, and other common areas
- Manages conference room and guest office scheduling
- Provides support as needed for project-based work and events
- Processes incoming/outgoing mail and overnight packages to include sorting and distributing accordingly. Preparing USPS and Fed-Ex packages.
- Coordinates and greets visitors; being friendly and cordial to employees and guests
- Maintains a list of office vendors, employees, and travel itineraries
- Coordinates travel arrangements for Bankrate Credit Cards employees and candidates visiting from out of town
- Completes monthly expense reports for 4 executives
- Provides on-site support for new hires such as equipment, seating, badges
- Manages facilities maintenance with our landlord and is the liaison with property management company
- Assists with the various employee discount programs by contacting companies for discounts
- Provides administrative support to HRSBP on special projects
- Organizes fun monthly/weekly activities
- Creates and manages the BankrateCreditCards Monthly Newsletter
- Maintains office updates and keep everyone in the know
- Acts as an information Resource for other Bankrate offices
