 The World First Partnerships Sales team is looking to expand their desk with a highly motivated and enthusiastic new member. The Partnerships Business Development role represents a fun and challenging opportunity to coordinate and support management in acquiring global transformational partnerships. The role would suit a dynamic candidate, looking to continue their career in a technology led company.

Key responsibilities:
  • Research and liaise with management to determine transformational prospects within the international corporate and ecommerce verticals
  • Develop a framework, strategic ideas, and routes to acquiring global partners in out of the box, clever and sophisticated ways
  • Own the creative elements and design of compelling routes to new business and compelling stories for new prospects
  • Work closely with our marketing and compliance teams to develop partnerships sales collateral and materials that are aligned with the WF brand
  • Serve as lead individual responsible for planning, logistics, execution and follow-up for exclusive partnerships events
  • Interact closely with our largest partners and prospects, with a view to adding transitional revenue
  • Work collaboratively with the Partnerships Sales team in driving new relationships and the Partnerships Management team in enhancing existing relationships
  • Communicate global sales progression and metrics monthly to partnerships stakeholders
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit: enthusiasm and passion, question how things can be done better, optimistic about all possibilities, take calculated risks and recognize that execution is paramount
Skills, qualities and experience required:
  • Experience in global partnerships development of multi-national entities
  • Knowledge of and/or an interest in FX markets is preferred
  • Creative, idea and strategy driven
  • Extremely organized and a sharp eye for detail; a natural problem-solver
  • Articulate; excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, but also an ability to work autonomously
  • Well versed in PowerPoint, Excel, and creative marketing suites
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, but relevant work experience would be considered
