This specific role is to engage with patients at their physician's request to collect information which will help their physician better understand how the patient is managing with their chronic disease. You will be coordinating with the physician's staff to schedule appointments for patients who we identify as needing to see their physician to discuss a particular treatment option.


There will be no travel associated with this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual - Spanish and English

Has worked at a physician office calling patients before - we need you to know what those calls are like and the appropriate tone to use

Qualities & Personality

Resilient - we need to follow up with trial sites and sponsors who are occasionally unresponsive

Persuasive - you are going to be working with external stakeholders who need to understand the value of working with ePatientFinder

Charismatic - the trial site staff and PIs need to like you

Driven/Motivated to excel - we are all very hard working and ambitious people, we want to work with others who have the same values

Quick learner - you need to pick up information about new treatments
