Our Global Sales Operations team is looking for an intern to partner with our team of analysts to help evolve our sales operations processes. You will help us continue to grow and deliver a robust sales reporting toolset to drive efficiencies in the sales process and enable new sales programs to drive revenue.
Here is some of what you will work on:
•Review current processes including Commissions, Reporting and Tools.
•You will lay out current process maps and create documentation.
•You will analyze these processes and deliver opportunities for improvement.
•You will provide strategy to improve productivity and accuracy of our processes.
•You will work on a plan to adjust current processes to be more efficient and effectrive.
Our Ideal Intern:
•You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Management or a related field.
•You have proven experience and strength with Excel through prior school and internship projects.
•You have proven experience with Jira or a similar ticketing system through prior project work.
•You want to experience a fast paced sales environment with complex data and systems.
•You are outgoing and love to work on very collaborative teams.
•You have a proven high attention to detail.
•You are very self motivated and excited about working in a sales environment.
