We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Program & Research Manager to join our innovative team. This role will include responsibilities that span the program development, market research and product research teams.

Current Need: 

We are currently seeking a talented and self-motivated Program & Research Manager to join our innovative team. The Program & Research Manager requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with a relevant background in management consulting, growth-stage startups, or high-impact roles within innovative organizations. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in managing complex tasks independently and effectively within a dynamic environment.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Research Management: 

  • Manage and organize all research related to Evolve's product and program development 

  • Maintain an up-to-date research database covering relevant fields such as neurofeedback, bioelectromagnetic resonance, heart rate variability (HRV), etc. 

  1. Advisory Board & Council Coordination: 

  • Support and manage relationships with our Scientific Advisory Council comprising experts and practitioners in core product and program areas  

  • Handle communications and management of our networking database  

  • Be the point of contact for all internal product and program tasks that require network support  

  1. Research Partnership Administration: 

  • Manage all aspects of our research partner programs with key Universities, companies and groups focused on product testing and validation 

  • Manage the research partner program workflow and key tasks to ensure all milestones are met for testing and validation  

  • Support the development of the analysis and research reporting 

  1. Market and Competitive Analysis: 

  • Manage internal product and program landscape insights, including competitive research and consumer targeting  

  • Develop an analog database for tracking of market developments  

  • Contribute to marketing strategy with insights derived from market analysis 

  1. Program Development Support: 

  • Assist the Chief Strategy Officer in developing program requirements, including flow and content creation for all programs and markets  

  • Coordinate with vendors and team members to support program implementation across product, software, research, etc. groups  

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 2-3+ years of experience in consulting, startups, or a similar high-impact role 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and navigate complex tasks effectively 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently 

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in partner and stakeholder management 

  • A growth mindset and positive attitude, and alignment with EVOLve's mission and values 

Critical Skills: 

  • Quick adaptability to new directions and tasks 

  • A background or personal interest in meditation, quantum physics, consciousness, human potential or related fields 

  • A proactive approach with a focus on results and quality output 

  • Passionate about contributing to a company with a mission to impact millions of lives 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree; ideally in business, psychological brain sciences or a health-related field: PhD graduates in a related field with program management experience prefered  

Additional Information: 

This position may involve occasional travel. 

Must be authorized to work in the US.
