We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Program & Research Manager to join our innovative team. This role will include responsibilities that span the program development, market research and product research teams.

Current Need:
We are currently seeking a talented and self-motivated Program & Research Manager to join our innovative team. The Program & Research Manager requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with a relevant background in management consulting, growth-stage startups, or high-impact roles within innovative organizations. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in managing complex tasks independently and effectively within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research Management:
Manage and organize all research related to Evolve's product and program development
Maintain an up-to-date research database covering relevant fields such as neurofeedback, bioelectromagnetic resonance, heart rate variability (HRV), etc.
Advisory Board & Council Coordination:
Support and manage relationships with our Scientific Advisory Council comprising experts and practitioners in core product and program areas
Handle communications and management of our networking database
Be the point of contact for all internal product and program tasks that require network support
Research Partnership Administration:
Manage all aspects of our research partner programs with key Universities, companies and groups focused on product testing and validation
Manage the research partner program workflow and key tasks to ensure all milestones are met for testing and validation
Support the development of the analysis and research reporting
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Manage internal product and program landscape insights, including competitive research and consumer targeting
Develop an analog database for tracking of market developments
Contribute to marketing strategy with insights derived from market analysis
Program Development Support:
Assist the Chief Strategy Officer in developing program requirements, including flow and content creation for all programs and markets
Coordinate with vendors and team members to support program implementation across product, software, research, etc. groups
Minimum Requirements:
2-3+ years of experience in consulting, startups, or a similar high-impact role
Demonstrated ability to work independently and navigate complex tasks effectively
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication skills, with experience in partner and stakeholder management
A growth mindset and positive attitude, and alignment with EVOLve's mission and values

A background or personal interest in meditation, quantum physics, consciousness, human potential or related fields
A proactive approach with a focus on results and quality output

Education:
Bachelor’s degree; ideally in business, psychological brain sciences or a health-related field: PhD graduates in a related field with program management experience prefered
Additional Information:
This position may involve occasional travel.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
