The Recruitment Services Specialist works closely with the Client Services Manager and Director of Operations to effectively manage and retain a book of clients through the execution of recruitment email marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and is highly detail-oriented.  This person will focus on innovating continuously and have a desire to learn and develop in a growing company. Some recruiting experience is preferred. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Execute email recruitment marketing campaigns for ongoing success of assigned clients.
  • Understand client expectations of recruiting goals, candidate criteria, and campaign frequency.
  • Provide superior service to existing book of business through proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Team to perform additional client services offerings.
  • Generate required levels of productivity each month (Personal goals, campaign setup, internet research, candidate procurement/sourcing goals, email campaign frequency, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, including candidate procurement/sourcing from major job boards. 

Job Requirements:

  • Any combination equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (i.e., five (5) to six (6) years related experience).
  • Computer skills & knowledge, including all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused while following a set process
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
