Our software for Nonprofits allows them to spend less time on compliance and funder reporting and more time on ensuring the effectiveness of their service programs for the people who rely on them. Since our software was designed by direct service workers for direct service providers, it also helps them to demonstrate impact to stakeholders. Who You Are:
Enthusiastic about being a part of helping nonprofit organizations to transform the lives of those they serve by giving them a better quality of life! A polished individual will have a track record of building lasting relationships for their network, hitting monthly and quarterly goals out of the park, while raising the bar in their territory. As the subject matter expert in your territory, you will truly have an impact on positive change to those at-risk by educating and engaging mission-focused nonprofit organizations about the value of our software solution to their programs and ROI.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle including mission critical needs analysis, designing client value proposition and working with Solutions Engineers to formulate an ideal solution
- Develop new leads through cold calling for prospect agencies with a strategic plan of action
- Cultivate leads through networking in professional organizations, attending conferences, and community involvement
- Design and perfect a Business Plan that enables success within a specific geographical area
- Properly document all calls and deal activity on a daily basis to maintain a healthy pipeline
- Maintain Pipeline levels and accurately forecast sales commitments
- Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Demonstrated 3-7 years of sales experience with 1-2 years selling software, highly recommended.
- Ability to work successfully with internal teams to navigate through the sales life cycle.
- Demonstrated pipeline management and a history of consistent goal achievement
- Knowledge of the human service sector or experience working with nonprofits is a plus!
- Willingness to travel domestically – up to 25%
