Mission

To help push Tenfold $3m to $100m in the next 3 years by generating enterprise level pipeline for Field Reps through cold outreach.

Outcome: Learn and understand the systems that Tenfold uses and expound upon them while ensuring the success of Field Reps by generating opportunities within the ideal customer profile in different regions globally.

Outcome Measures

  • Spending time with people of different teams in the company to gain insight into general operations
  • Attend onboarding sessions to learn about Tenfold and industry best practices
  • Learn and adhere to standardized Salesforce processes
  • Use this MOC as a template for position overview and expectations
  • Spend time researching email personas and develop a deep understanding of enterprise company structure through research and practice
  • Work with Team lead to understand a set of KPIs that you commit to meeting, these will be presented weekly by you to the rest of the management team
  • Attend weekly one on ones with Team Lead
  • Follow Journey Map that outlines a structured path from prospect to opportunity/meeting
  • Develop a creative and structured cadence with a focus on personas
  • Internalize Tenfold’s ICP and execute on outbound prospecting to the right personas within ICP companies.
  • Help develop new SDR collateral that focuses on outside sales and gives high level understanding of our solution
  • Drive extremely focused outside sales efforts through phone, email, travel, and any internal/external capabilities that can be utilized
  • Work with sales leadership to optimize pipeline and revenue creation
  • Develop communication standards between SDRs and Field Reps
  • Develop methods for focusing on sales regionally with the goals of even pipelines for all Field Reps
  • Hold team members accountable to targets/KPIs
  • Create standards and best practices for communication with prospects that outlines Tenfolds offerings at a high level
