Sales Development Representative
- Interact with C-level media executives to explain the changing digital landscape
- Serve as expert consultants on transitioning old media companies into new digital revenue models
- Communicate partner concerns to the support and product team
- Research technology leaders inside Fortune 1000 companies to plan and execute creative outreach campaigns
- Manage the performance, status, conversion and execution of our lead pipeline
- Review and analyze the effectiveness of call and email performance and have confidence to pivot on a dime
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- 1-2 years of experience cold calling and setting appointments
- Success with relationship building
- Above average presentation and phone skills
- Above average at helping others challenge the status quo 1-2 years sales development experience with a SaaS company
- Teaching people about new concepts that they’ve never considered before
- Being relentless in following up with regular updates and check-ins, making sure the customer has everything they need to understand a situation
- Being self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a track record of success
- Using Excel in a way that frightens and confuses mere mortals
- Working with local media (newspaper, tv, radio) or small businesses
- At least 1 year in a fast-growing startup environment
- Your idea of fun involves using the CRM to track customer and company wins

Salary This position offers a salary of $40,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes company stock options with up to an additional $30,000 in annual bonus (paid monthly).
