We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (SOC) to support functions essential to sales productivity. These functions include: planning, reporting, sales process optimization, pipeline management training, lead generation management, outbound email programs, a/b testing, and sales program implementation.  The SOC is responsible for the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates sales forecasting and planning processes used within the sales team.

  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales team’s planning and forecasting efforts

  • Removes inefficiencies to allow the sales team to spend more time selling and to allow sales management to spend more time coaching, training, call monitoring and developing sales professionals.

  • Assist sales management to make data-backed business decisions to drive performance and increase efficiencies.

  • Trains and helps manage the sales team’s pipeline to ensure each pipeline is lean, current and active.

  • Oversees our lead generation tools and organizes the lead data for a clean import into the Dropoff CRM.

  • Email lead campaign creation, management and a/b testing.  Build email cadences, sequences, and templates to send to prospects.

  • Daily strategic distribution of leads (per sales professional, per market, per industry)

  • Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.

  • Responsible for onboarding customers data to ensure the data is accurate and correct for reporting and marketing purposes.

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and opportunities for improvement.

  • Builds and monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of data, sales reports, dashboards, and other intelligence essential to the sales team.

  • Supports the consistent implementation of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Four year college degree

  • Expert with Excel/Google Sheets skills

  • 1-3 years of sales operations

  • Positive attitude and a team player.
