We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help build and scale our Salesforce instance and other sales tools for a high growth, high velocity sales organization.

THE ROLE

What you'll do at TrendKite:  

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for design, architecture, development, and ongoing support of our Salesforce solution that supports our sales and marketing departments as well as the rest of the organization. We want a Salesforce expert who is driven, business-minded, and a problem-solver.

You’ll accomplish this by:

  • Providing day-to-day end-user support for all Salesforce Users
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon SFDC integrations with both internal and third party systems
  • Work closely with business partners to review operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
  • Analyzing current business processes and take initiative to improve efficiencies for other teams.
  • Reporting in Salesforce and in Excel
  • Develop and maintain training documents
  • Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and license types in SFDC
  • Manage new users for all other sales tools (Salesloft, InsightSquared, Join.me, etc..)
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate, track problems appropriately
  • Create / customize standard and custom objects including page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Stay up to date on SFDC capabilities and releases and identify what would be good fit for the application and organization

What you MUST bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of experience as SFDC Admin
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Experience working across various SFDC implementations
  • Demonstrated experience with integration of SFDC with other systems (central authentication, database exports/imports, LDAP, CRM, etc.)
  • Jedi-level Excel skills
  • Analytical and problem solving mind-set

Bonus if you have:

  • Past start up experience
  • Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components & Controllers, Force.com Platform
  • Experience with use of the Salesforce.com APIs (via java, or through web services) to integrate Salesforce.com with other tools
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
