Sales Planner
- Assist in development of media plans with ADs and AMs
- Reserve inventory in line with AD/client needs
- Communicate externally with clients to source offers and creative assets
- Build offers and creative assets via in house systems, append to media plans
- Communicate internally with cross functional stakeholders to keep team abreast of prioritization, deadlines, etc.
- Integrate multiple data points into a well-developed media plan
- Foster relationships with ADs and AMs who will help guide account strategies, while also collaborating closely with fellow Sales Planners to develop best practices
- Update and manage workflow documentation
- At least 1 year of relevant digital media experience
- Experience as an agency Media Planner or Assistant Media Planner
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Powerpoint required
- Experience using Operative / DFP and Tableau strongly preferred
- High-intrinsic motivation, a self-starter who takes initiative without being asked
- Success-motivated with a keen eye for process improvement and efficiency
- Project management characteristics who can multi-task and reprioritize rapidly
- Confident personality with strong communication skills and desire for collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and consistent curiosity
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects at on time while communicating consistently
- Problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
