HomeAway is hiring for a Senior Manager, Revenue Optimization with strong strategic business analysis skills to lead the efforts of measuring revenue impact of marketing activity and optimizing channel bidding strategy to maximize ROI of annual spend for a leading e-commerce platform.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a holistic and strategic approach to optimizing revenue and supporting a variety of monetization programs including but not limited to: direct-sold display advertising, search, programmatic, native, and PPC programs
-Analyze conversion and revenue patterns to proactively identify opportunities for revenue optimization by gathering insights from available data sources
-Provide insights and analysis to the Global Performance Marketing leadership team to support digital media strategy and spend decisions
-Manage third party bid management and attribution platforms to ensure HomeAway objectives are clearly communicated, and vendors run and optimize campaigns effectively, driving WoW ROI growth
-Ownership of revenue algorithms and feeds to programmatic platforms to; define strategic design & direction and ensure reliability & robustness
- Understand the (marginal) return of performance channels to input into budgeting decisions
- Main source of input in multi-channel attribution and ensuring effectiveness of programmatic bidding
-Report back to key stakeholders on performance and initiatives on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirements:
- 5+ years combined experience in management consulting, business intelligence, performance marketing analytics and/or revenue optimization analyst roles
- Bachelor’s in quantitative field; preference for MBA or Master’s degree from top tier university
- Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities with ability to effectively communicate with executives on marketing forecasts and budgets
- Knowledge of operational processes for online digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with multi-channel attribution modeling and analytics (Visual IQ, Adometry, Adobe, Abakus, etc) is a plus
- Experience in Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry a plus
