The Gig
We are seeking a Sr. Producer to manage advertising/engagement projects from project kick-off to final launch (and beyond), for a premier banking client. This is a Senior level role, best suited to candidates with 5+ years of production experience.
Advertising and engagement project types can include (but are not limited to) brand strategy and positioning, social media campaigns, web-based experiences and/or applications, email marketing, event activation, etc. Projects may be client based or internal agency projects.
This role is charged with managing project deliverables, budgets, scope and timelines--- balancing cost, risk and quality---as well as championing team morale. That includes managing creative production and development, maintaining editorial calendars and requirements lists, finding vendors when there is a special need on a project, managing the relationship, timing expectations and cost implications with the partner and senior producers. The Sr. Producer will also help manage agency creative resources, keeping internal teams up to date on upcoming tasks, milestones, deadlines and shifts in schedule.
The ideal candidate will also excel at thinking outside of the box when problem solving, working as a resource to help research partners and production viability for non-typical opportunities.
The Senior Producer reports to the Director of Production.
Who you are
Organized, responsive and adaptable---like, you would be first a first string pick to rebuild civilization after a zombie apocalypse. Strategic critical thinker with a high attention to detail. Diplomatic and transparent in your written and verbal communication skills. Kind. Authentic. A natural leader. Brave and respectful in your approach to confrontation. You do or could write a blog devoted to creative life hacks.
What you gotta know
- Minimum 5+ years experience production work; digital agency experience preferred.
- Experience managing brand strategy projects, including the development of brand guidelines and photoshoots
- Familiarity with Web development technologies, including content management systems, HTML, social media, email marketing and Flash.
- Experience with and comfort as a representative for your agency-- engaging multiple groups within the client’s organization.
- Familiarity with best practices in Web site development, including usability and design.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams (including creative and technology), by setting project objectives and managing to them.
Extra cools
- Knowledge of Workfront (Formerly At Task) Project Management Software platform.
- Ability to support strategic account oversight relating to project success.
- Your team building activity planning looks more like the logistics management of Lady Gaga tour than a pub crawl.

Coinage
Salary is based on qualifications, experience and is competitive with market value for the position.
