 About the role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll use your well-honed recruiting skills to find qualified candidates, cultivate amazing candidate experiences, and guide managers and interview teams in their quest to hire the best person for each open position.  Additionally, you’ll use your strong project management skills to organize complex hiring situations and keep things moving on track, from resume review through new employee onboarding.

You may also be tasked with mentoring and training other members of the Talent Acquisition team. You may be tasked with helping to devise best practices across our end-to-end recruiting process, and support recruiting leadership in areas including but not limited to; hiring manager reporting, business reviews, and talent and insight strategies.

 What you’ll be doing

  • Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor for hiring managers and other recruiting and People Team members; providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership in the area of technical talent acquisition
  • Thoroughly evaluate candidates, prepare professional write-ups, and present candidates in an accurate and detailed manner
  • Analyze research and understand the requirements to identify qualified talent. Help hiring managers craft compelling job descriptions
  • Creatively and effectively source candidates using active and passive techniques including cold outreach and available recruiting tools (LinkedIn, HireEZ, etc.)
  • Collaborate and communicate at all levels to inform the Talent Acquisition and People teams, as well as the leadership teams of your assigned business area, about a candidate search status
  • Identify areas for improvement with the organization and staffing, partner with those necessary to make the change
  • Strive for enthusiastically satisfied clients on every engagement


We’re excited if you have

  • Significant experience working both in-house and as an agency recruiter, sourcing for software, engineering, and other technically oriented candidates
  • Extensive experience in sourcing and identifying candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods (e.g., Boolean, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Sound business judgment and common-sense to approach obstacles and solve problems encountered during candidate searches
  • Experience balancing the demands of the customer with the defined constraints of the candidate search
  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience with extensive experience recruiting software engineers, programmers, developers, network engineers, user experienceprofessionals, product managers, and other technical and semi-technical roles    
  • Experience running recruiting-related programs, events, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to recruit for other positions as requested
